This will be the second of the 3 free sessions and will be very similar to the first. Starting at 5:45 or so Sean will do another lesson to help those who want help or you are welcome to get in your own warm up before the race starts. The Race will start approx. at 6:40 or so and we will have a 1 and 2km options.
We hope to build on the success of the first week and to everyone who did attend invite any friends you might have that would be interested. The more the merrier!
